Unique Controls of KSHMR Reverb

KSHMR Reverb goes beyond standard reverb controls with several special features, including Volume Manager, Tone Manager, and Special FX. These functions enable you to shape your reverb tail in unique ways, ensuring your original signal hits hard while the reverb adds a controlled sense of silky ambience or powerful effects, depending on your preference.

Volume Manager

With ducking, fade-in, and gating controls, the Volume Manager simplifies sculpting your reverb tail. Set a Ducking Threshold level to lower the reverb signal whenever the original signal exceeds this threshold. Adjust the fade-in time for a smooth tail fade. The Gate control silences the reverb when it falls below the Gate Threshold, helping to tame unruly tails that can clutter your audio.

Tone Manager

Audio with frequent chord changes and long reverb tails can be challenging to manage. The Tone Manager assists by eliminating harsh attacks from the reverb signal, enhancing its overall tonality. The Tonal Reset feature restarts the reverb each time a new transient is detected, preventing chords from bleeding into one another.

Special FX

The Reverse mode ramps up the volume of the reverb tail until a new transient is detected. You can also dial in an additional harmony octave to thicken the timbre, making this processing sound fantastic on synths and vocals.

Beyond Regular Reverb

KSHMR Reverb includes all the controls you know and love, plus much more. Set the size and presence with parameters for Diffusion, Width, Length, and Size. Modulation controls introduce subtle changes to the signal processing, while the DeEsser dial helps remove unwanted fizz from the reverb tail.

Six-Node EQ

With 6 fully-customizable nodes and 5 shapes, you can easily fine-tune the frequencies of your reverb tail to achieve the desired sound. Whether you want a smooth, natural decay or a more pronounced feel, tailoring reverb tails to suit every application is effortless.

Visual Feedback

KSHMR Reverb features a vector graphics-based resizable interface. Live visuals of the Threshold and EQ displays show exactly what’s happening to the signal as it passes through the plugin stages in real time, allowing for accurate monitoring and adjustments at every step of the chain.
